Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on my antenatal education classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be partially refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a class, you will be offered the option to transfer to another date.

  • In the event that you are unable to attend one of the classes it can be rearranged for an additional fee on a date that suits both parties

3. Class Content

  • The classes are designed to provide information, tools, and support around pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

  • All content is for educational purposes only and does not replace individual medical advice.

4. Health & Responsibility

  • Please ensure you let me know of any relevant health conditions, additional needs, or pregnancy complications prior to attending.

  • All information and advice is given in good faith, based on the details you share.

  • You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing and for seeking medical advice from your midwife, GP, or other healthcare provider where needed.

5. Liability

  • I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after the sessions, except where caused by proven negligence.

  • Participation is at your own risk.

6. Privacy

  • Any personal information you share will be treated confidentially and only used for the purposes of running the classes.

  • I will not share your details with third parties without your consent.

7. Photography & Recording

  • To respect everyone’s privacy, recording of sessions is not permitted.

  • Photos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes, but only with your permission.

8. Safeguarding

  • If I have any concerns about your safety or the wellbeing of your baby, I have a professional duty to share this with the appropriate services.

The information and advice I provide is based on the details you’ve shared and my experience as a midwife. It is intended to support, not replace, the guidance you receive from your own healthcare providers. If you notice any worsening of symptoms, have urgent concerns, or are unsure about your health or yours or baby’s wellbeing, please contact your midwife, GP, or other healthcare professional without delay. In an emergency, always call 999.
